Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Healthcare Administration
Mazak Corporation is looking for an Office Coordinator to join the team at our Technical Center located in Phoenix, AZ. The office coordinator performs administrative, support, and customer service tasks and to ensure efficient operation of the office environment.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
* Proactively attains a safe healthy and clean work environment for all employees
* Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, faxes, mail, and packages
* Cordially greeting visitors.
* Maintain calendar of events for the Northern California territory.
Education/Certification:
* High school Diploma or GED required
* 2-year administration degree or experience equivalent preferred
Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
* Proficient in Adobe Suite
* Good organizational skills
