Site Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to manage badging and orientation processes at a semiconductor manufacturing facility. This full‑time position requires the individual to work onsite in orientation trailers, providing administrative support through tasks such as data entry for orientation and badging of onsite workers.
Responsibilities- Assist with high‑level multitasking functions including scheduling, filing, and workflow organization.
- Manage customer interactions while taking calls, demonstrating clear and concise communication.
- Address inquiries or concerns and de‑escalate situations positively.
- Process requests through the Smart Sheets program, including Orientation Requests, Visitor Badging Requests, Termination/Suspension Requests, and Temp Badge Requests.
- Follow up with customers and fulfill their needs when requests are declined.
- Record, track, and summarize Visitor Badging functions to be sent to management and the team daily.
- Collect Visitor and Temp badges daily and record returns in Smart Sheets for reissuance.
- Respond to emails professionally and promptly from two different inboxes.
- Provide procedures and policies for newcomers to ensure they are well‑informed.
- Verify contractors' enrollment and approval in OCIP, guiding them if not enrolled.
- Add new or renewed companies in Sitetraxx and assist with processing and badging for Spanish and English orientation classes.
- Understand E‑Verify and recognize multi‑state IDs, Federal , and Passports.
- Support badging for Safety Orientation classes in English and Spanish.
- Bilingual capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data entry abilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Background in construction.
- Experience supporting a semiconductor site.
- Familiarity with orientation and badging processes.
The position is onsite at a semiconductor facility, with working hours from Monday through Friday, 5am to 1pm, totaling 40 hours a week with no overtime. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
