Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

Client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to work in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves accurately entering high volumes of tax-related data from imaged documents into multiple systems. The ideal candidate must maintain speed, precision, and confidentiality while meeting strict productivity and accuracy standards.

• Enter customer and account data from tax documents into internal systems
• Maintain a minimum of 12,000 keystrokes per hour
• Review, research, and correct data discrepancies
• Analyze and validate documents requiring detailed review
• Follow procedural manuals and departmental guidelines
• Meet production goals, deadlines, and quality standards
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive tax information

• High School Diploma (Minimum Education)
• Minimum 12,000 KPH with 95%+ accuracy
• Typing speed of 50 WPM with 95%+ accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a production-based environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to follow policies and procedures

Candidates must complete the SHL Talent Central Data Entry Test prior to submission.

Required Minimum Scores:

• Data Entry Alpha Numeric (Onscreen): 12,000 KPH | 95% Accuracy
• Typing Test (3 Minutes Onscreen): 50 WPM | 95% Accuracy
