Job Description
- Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows.
- Relieve branch offices of high-volume paperwork.
- Process a large volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Flexible and self-motivated.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- 1‑2 years of escrow processing experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Hourly: $19 per hour (USD)
