Job Summary

Torrent Resources, a CRH company, is seeking a Construction Operations Data Entry Specialist. This role plays a crucial role in the construction process by accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data related to operations, as well as customer product orders. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Data Entry:
    Accurately and efficiently enter and update operations/product data into computer systems, databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant software applications.
  • Order Entry:
    Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain order and account information. Ensure all required order and product data is available and accurate at time of entry.
  • Data Verification:
    Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide customers with updated information regarding their deliveries in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Process customer return requests.
  • Process requests for POD’s and cert requests.
  • Adherence to Standards:
    Follow established data entry protocols, security measures, and confidentiality guidelines to ensure data integrity and protect sensitive information.
  • Multitasking:
    Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and production schedules.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Contribute to the identification and implementation of data management best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency in operations.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, such as: project support, scanning and filing, logistic/transportation backup, other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in using computer software, including data entry applications, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and databases.
  • Experience in Salesforce is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and security.
  • Other duties assigned as needed
