The Senior Associate, Compliance Operations Program Office will provide essential operational and administrative support to the global Compliance team. This role is responsible for managing workflows, systems, and communications to ensure the effective execution of compliance program initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

General Responsibilities
  • Support compliance program initiatives including:

    • Developing workflows to plan, organize, and track projects for the compliance team to manage activities (e.g., policy inventory, training plans, other compliance projects).

    • Managing the content management and collaboration platform

    • Providing system administration support for various compliance-owned applications.

    • Supporting the on- and off-boarding of external resources via the HR Information System.

    • Triages and ensures timely response to communications received through all Compliance mailboxes

    • Coordinating compliance presentation requirements for Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Board, and other Committees.

    • Organizing department meetings, including gathering agenda items form the team.

  • Coordinate the Compliance policy lifecycle management, including document management & translations.

  • Support the Compliance Officers with coordinating training requirements

  • Manage the communications plan (e.g., compliance newsletters, intranet, and external website).

  • Manage compliance contracts, purchase requests, and invoice submissions.

  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Compliance team.

Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, program management, or administrative support.

  • Familiarity with policy lifecycle management and document governance processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as content management, planning and other related tools.

  • Knowledge of financial systems and contract management workflows a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.

Education
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Compliance, or related field.

Travel Requirements
  • Limited travel may be required.

Pay Transparency
  • A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
