From $65,000/year or more, depending on experience.
As an Administrative Assistant in our Estates and Probate Practice, you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
- Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate deadlines
- Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and correspondence
- Assist with document formatting, proofreading, scanning, and filing
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third-party professionals
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Ensure workflows stay organized, deadlines are met, and nothing slips through the cracks
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting (legal experience preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s Degree or extensive workplace experience
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, courteous, and client-focused — especially with elderly clients and sensitive matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm and efficient
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
- A proactive mindset — you see what needs to be done and do it
