Records & Compliance Administrator – Phoenix Ensuring ADOT Compliance, Accurate Records, and Audit Readiness
Location:
Phoenix, AZ | Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $24–$30 per hour (approx. $50k–$62k/yr) DOE.
Schedule:
Business hours; audit prep as needed.
Summary:
Own documentation accuracy, secure recordkeeping, completion certificates, non-compliance notices, and ADOT audit readiness.
- Manage client files & attendance logs
- Prepare completion and non-compliance reports
- Support ADOT audits & corrective actions
- Enforce retention & confidentiality
- Detail-oriented; experience in regulated documentation
- HIPAA knowledge; strong administrative skills
