Job DescriptionThe Title Clerk will support the title manager to efficiently and accurately process vehicle titles processing, sold notices, supporting documents and additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Perform data entry and input other related information into the system.
- Check vehicle titles and supporting documentation for accuracy ensuring the title is acceptable under state law and does not contain any errors or alterations.
- Verify supporting documentation of the sale and file sold notices.
- Ensure titles are mailed to the correct buyer and address.
- Assist with audits and other assigned tasks.
- Assist customers with title-related inquiries.
- Provide excellent service during the vehicle purchase process.
- Address any title-related issues promptly.
Education/ Experience
:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- 2+ years office experience preferred
Skills
:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Excellent Time management & organizational skills
- Great customer service and communication skills
Ability
:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible, adapt, and do what it takes to execute initiatives
Work Conditions/ Physical Demands
:
- Work hours are typically 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday.
- On-site and ability to walk in uneven terrain.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Location
:
Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
The salary range for this position is $17.8 to $21.3 hourly. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.
