Headquartered in downtown Phoenix and engaging fans across the world, Player 15 Group is driven by possibility, innovation, and the desire to create memorable moments for our fans and community.
Our culture is anchored in purpose-driven leadership and fueled by individuals who bring passion, creativity, and vision to everything they do. We challenge convention, amplify voices, and create experiences that resonate well beyond the final buzzer. This is where talent meets purpose and bold ideas become reality. At Player 15 Group, people come first-and this approach begins with how we support our leaders, our teams, and the experiences we create for our fans.
We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Executive Assistant to the CEO who thrives in a fast-paced NBA and live entertainment environment and who values collaboration, trust, and care in how work gets done. This role is a partnership with the Chief of Staff and CEO, helping keep priorities aligned across basketball, business, and live events while ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a natural sense of urgency, with the ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead. You'll report to the Chief of Staff and support the CEO through complex coordination, shifting priorities, and high-visibility moments-while helping uphold Player 15 Group's culture and contributing to the memorable moments we create for fans, partners, and teammates.
What Will You Do:
* Act as a trusted point of contact between the Chief of Staff, CEO, internal teams, ownership, league officials, NBA partners, sponsors, media, and external stakeholders-showing up with professionalism, discretion, and high standards.
* Stay one step ahead of the CEO's priorities by managing complex calendars, travel, and scheduling across games, practices, events, concerts, league meetings, and business needs.
* Plan and run the logistics for meetings, game days, concerts, and special events, from agendas and materials to hospitality, credentials, transportation, and follow-up, making sure every detail meets a high standard.
* Support the CEO during games and major events as needed, ensuring smooth coordination, timely information, and a consistently professional presence.
* Manage administrative work with accuracy and care, including travel, expense reports, document organization, and department resources.
* Use good judgment and confidence when making decisions with limited supervision, including vendor coordination, purchase approvals, and representing Player 15 Group at events when appropriate.
* Serve as a communication hub, screening calls and messages, prioritizing what matters most, and responding with clarity, urgency, and thoughtfulness.
* Participate in special projects and cross-functional work streams with flexibility and focus, staying calm and effective as priorities shift in a live-event environment.
* Contribute to Player 15 Group culture by collaborating across teams, supporting training and community efforts, and stepping in to support other Executive Assistants when needed. What We Need From Our Executive Assistant to the CEO:
* A people-first, team-oriented mindset that is approachable, engaging, and genuinely invested in supporting teammates, fans, and our culture.
* Proven experience supporting c-suite or senior leaders in fast-paced environments such as sports, entertainment, hospitality, or similar settings.
* High level of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism when handling confidential information and high-visibility situations.
