Position Overview

As an Office Manager at Thesalonhype, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our business by overseeing administrative tasks and providing support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication
  • Ensure all office procedures and policies are followed
  • Maintain and update employee records and files
  • Assist with payroll and invoicing
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses

    Coordinate and oversee office events and meetings
  • Train and supervise office support staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Previous experience in the salon industry is a plus
