We're hiring a detail-driven assistant for a one-month assignment to support a company-wide rebrand. As the rebranding assistant
, you'll help ensure employee photos and badges match the new brand standards—editing images, updating our access system, producing badges, and coordinating delivery.
- Serve as the photo cleanup assistant by editing employee photos to align with updated brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look
- Upload approved photos into Lenel (security/access control system)
- Act as the badging assistant by printing updated employee badges with correct information and new branding
- Be the shipping assistant by packaging and sending badges to assigned offices/locations
- Communicate professionally with employees via email to request new photos and follow up as needed
- Support the rebranding team with other administrative tasks as they come up
- Previous experience with Lenel is a strong plus for any assistant in this kind of access/badging workflow
Comfortable with photo editing tools and Microsoft Office
Clear, professional communication style (you'll be nudging people for photos—politely but persistently)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage deadlines
Flexible and adaptable as project needs evolve
Familiarity with branding/design standards is a bonus
Temporary assistant role (1 month

$20-25/hour
