Job Summary
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities- Greet clients and answer and direct phone calls
- Create purchase order requests
- Maintain filing systems, both electronically and physically
- Data entry
- Clean and stock lobby, breakroom, and conference room
- Route all invoices from document imaging
- Send new uniform requests to vendor
- Maintain driver, truck, and equipment lists
- MVD plates & registration
- Maintain office supplies
- Support coworkers with various office duties
- Receive and sign for packages
- Review timesheets for drivers & mechanics verify no time is missing
- Prepare fuel cards for pick up
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year receptionist experience
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Bilingual English and Spanish
