Office Administrator

Overview

This position requires attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has experience in office administration, a solid phone presence, strong record-keeping, and may have experience in a dispatch setting. Quick Books experience is a plus.

Compensation: $31,200 - $35,000

• Provide office administration support and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
• Manage phone communications professionally and assist with dispatch-related tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Support data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks;
  Quick Books experience is a plus.
