Job OverviewThe Court Support Specialist is a Phoenix-based, in-office role focused exclusively on supporting Arizona court work
. This position partners closely with Arizona courts and court runners to ensure court filings are received back from court, processed, and accurately uploaded into our system in a timely manner. This role requires frequent communication with court personnel, runners, and internal teams, as well as strong attention to detail when preparing paperwork, tracking retrievals, and processing court documents. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing high volumes of court-related tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
This position is located onsite in our Phoenix office and is not a remote role.
- Contact Arizona courts on individual orders and general court status updates, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing filings and retrievals.
- Prepare paperwork and ensure proper fees are included for documents being sent to court for retrieval when items were not received initially.
- Process retrieved copies once received back from court, including reviewing, organizing, and uploading documents into internal systems.
- Work directly with court runners to understand court time frames, requirements, and retrieval success, and to troubleshoot delays or issues.
- Navigate and interpret Arizona court dockets and court websites to locate case documents, statuses, and filing information.
- Communicate accurately and professionally via phone and email with court personnel, runners, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
- Work in Skye (in-house application) to process documents, add detailed notes and updates, and complete data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls related to court filings, retrievals, and document statuses.
- Relay relevant court updates to internal teams as appropriate to support filing and fulfillment timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of delays or inefficiencies in the court document lifecycle.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Legal experience preferred.
- Prefer 1+ years of customer support / call-center / retail experience in a customer-facing, service oriented position.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working and communicating effectively in a remote environment - using programs such as Teams/ Zoom to make outbound calls, Teams for chats, Outlook for emails.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word + other programs such as online Faxes.
- Document manipulation experience (PDFs).
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Quick learner and willing to learn and grow.

Starting Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
Schedule:Full-time, Monday through Friday
