Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for a Full-time Office Manager at our Phoenix Office.
The position requires various skills such as active listening, reading and comprehension, oral and written expression, critical thinking, monitoring, time management, problem‑solving, and maintenance of confidential information. Desired work styles include a positive outlook, dependability, integrity, attention to detail, cooperation, stress tolerance, concern for others, initiative, self‑control, and adaptability.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and oversee administrative operations in the Phoenix office, including all front office responsibilities for coverage.
- Oversee all administrative procedures for all statewide offices.
- Work directly with outside vendors, suppliers and building maintenance for all statewide locations (in person, by phone and email).
- Administratively manage the company car fleet for the agency.
- Coordinate, organize and prepare for collaborative agency events as needed.
- Coordinate monthly meetings with administrative staff in all offices.
- Produce reports.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other agency departments.
- Easily and effectively juggle multiple priorities and competing demands.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on feet.
- Evolve and grow in this role.
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information.
- Promote a positive and professional atmosphere at our reception desks for customers and staff.
- Be available for after‑hour calls/emails regarding building needs such as alarms.
- Travel to other locations as required.
- Perform other duties related to the position.
- High school diploma or GED (related college courses or certificate programs preferable).
- Five (5) years of work experience with administrative duties, preferably in an office setting.
- Supervisory experience required.
- At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive (docs, sheets).
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with an acceptable 39‑month driving record.
- Reliable transportation, including proof of insurance.
- Candidates must submit a negative drug test.
- Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training.
