Concierge & Operations Support Role Overview
The Care Team Coordinator is a hands‑on, in‑office role with full administrative ownership of all member concierge requests. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for members and plays a key role in ensuring requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism. To successfully own this function, the Care Team Coordinator will be trained across Ever Span’s systems, workflows, and operational duties.
Following successful onboarding and consistent execution of responsibilities, the role may transition to a hybrid in‑office / work‑from‑home schedule. Over time, the role may expand to support fulfillment operations, including refill coordination, pharmacy order placement, and limited local shipping duties within the Arizona office.
- Member Concierge Support
- Own and manage all member concierge requests from intake through resolution
- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for member communications
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely and accurate follow‑through
- Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and service
- Operational Ownership
- Learn and operate all internal systems related to care operations and fulfillment
- Track, document, and follow through on member‑related workflows
- Identify recurring issues or process gaps and elevate appropriately
- Fulfillment & Pharmacy Support (Growth Area)
- Assist with refill requests and medication coordination
- Place and track orders with partner pharmacies
- Support fulfillment workflows to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Local Office & Shipping Support
- Assist with local shipping and logistics as needed
- Support in‑office operational tasks tied to fulfillment and care operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, ownership‑driven environment
- Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly
- Professional, calm, and solutions‑oriented demeanor
- Prior experience in healthcare, telehealth, operations, or concierge support is a plus
- In‑office role during onboarding and initial employment period
- Hybrid work opportunity is available after successful onboarding and demonstrated performance
- Must be able to support occasional in‑office operational needs even in a hybrid capacity
- Member requests are handled seamlessly with clear ownership

Compensation: $22 - $24 hourly
