Pay: $25.60/hr – 29.50/hr (DOE)

- Assists with calculating employees’ hours from timecards and timekeeping systems; ensures that all employees are paid on time and accurately.
- Prepares ADP enterprise entries; prepares and issues paychecks.
- Updates financial records including manifest, billing, payroll, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Troubleshoots payroll issues; verifies the accuracy of figures and computations.
- Responds to employee questions regarding all types of payroll questions.
- Maintains data including file backups and documentation files.
- Balances and reconciles payroll accounts; prepares periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions; may keep records of leave pay and nontaxable wages.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant payroll experience, including ADP experience, required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Computer literacy: 10‑Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air‑conditioned or well‑ventilated facilities.
- Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
