Position SummaryProvide logistics and administrative support to the sales team. Manage schedules, document filing, coordinate sales activities, and ensure all sales information is accurate and current.
Responsibilities- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure adequate sales‑related equipment or material.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after‑sales support.
- Store and sort financial and non‑financial data electronically and generate reports.
- Process all orders accurately and on time.
- Communicate unforeseen delays or problems to clients.
- Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist in preparing and organizing promotional material or events.
- Good administrative, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Strong computer skills (MS Office). 4+ years of administrative experience required; sales administrative experience preferred.
Work Environment &Physical Requirements
The role requires 4+ years of administrative experience and may involve handling paperwork, data entry, and occasional lifting of documents up to 25 lbs.
