We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Processor to join our team on a 3‑month, fully on‑site contract supporting a high‑volume AP project. In this role, you’ll handle end‑to‑end invoice processing, including indexing documents, and resolving discrepancies by communicating directly with haulers via phone and email. You’ll document findings, ensure accuracy in our custom AP system, and collaborate closely with a supportive team and strong training program.
This position is ideal for someone with sharp analytical skills and experience in waste management or transportation AP who enjoys structured, heads‑down work and solving problems in a fast‑paced environment.
On‑site located in our new office near Desert Ridge
