We are looking for a dependable Accounts Payable Specialist for a short‑term (4-6 weeks) clean‑up project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing, correcting vendor data, reviewing purchase orders, and clearing backlog in a fast‑paced but friendly and casual corporate office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and correct vendor data
- Ensure vendor setup is accurate and complete
- Review purchase orders and match documentation
- Assist with AP backlog cleanup and reconciliation
- Support the AP Lead as needed during the clean‑up initiative
- Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy throughout all tasks
- Acumatica ERP experience heavily preferred- or similar ERP (Epicor, Netsuite, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of purchase order workflows
- Prior Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work fully onsite and start quickly
- Small, casual, and collaborative corporate office
- Supportive team with direct access to the AP Lead
