AP Clerk- Mesa, AZ

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a top client in Mesa to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk! This is an onsite contract-to-hire opportunity paying up to $22/hour, offering a great chance to grow your accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing
• Maintain organized and accurate AP records
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries

• At least 6 months of recent Accounts Payable experience
• Excel experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
