Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting

• Collaborate with auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits, providing support to the Executive Leadership Team and the Audit Committee
• Conduct technical accounting research, analysis, documentation, and enablement of significant or complex accounting matters
• Support the preparation of accounting entries for revenue recognition, acquisition accounting, and stock compensation expense
• Ensure effective controls around SEC reporting and assist in the development of an internal control framework
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to ensure accurate financial statement representation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 experience highly desirable) or a combination of public accounting and corporate technical accounting roles
• In‑depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and technical accounting standards
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams

• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency in preparing work
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills along with accounting research capabilities
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment
• Experience with Workiva
