Our Central Phoenix client is seeking a detail-oriented and hands‑on Accounting Manager to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities- Will oversee the general ledger, month‑end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP.
- Will supervise 3‑person accounting staff, support budgeting and audit processes, and partner with leadership to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership experience, and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- ERP experience and advanced Excel skills
