Vaco has partnered with a local company that is in search of an Interim Collections Manager to step into a critical clean-up project focused on aged receivables. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in independent, project-based work and can partner confidently with senior leaders.
Job Title:
Interim Collections Manager
Location:
Remote (client based in AZ)
Pay Rate: $55 per hour
Project Duration: 3-4 months, with potential for extension
Responsibilities- Lead clean-up of aged receivables from acquired companies
- Analyze, track, and reconcile outstanding balances using advanced Excel skills
- Develop insights and recommendations related to outstanding aged items
- Work independently and take full ownership of the project
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong, hands-on collections experience
- Advanced Excel skillset
- Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
- Ability to commit to duration and needs of project
