Bookkeeper

Vaco Phoenix is hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a top company in South Phoenix. This is a permanent fully onsite position offering up to $100,000 annually.

• Manage the full cycle of accounting operations
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform month‑end and year‑end close
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements
• Process payroll and manage benefits/401(k) accounting
• Handle multi‑state tax filings and compliance
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Experience in services and/or manufacturing industries
• Multi‑state tax experience
• Hands‑on experience with payroll, benefits, and 401(k) accounting
• Strong Quick Books proficiency
• Prior experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role handling full accounting ownership
