Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between partners, clients, and staff while managing multiple projects and client engagements Supervise staff, provide training, and review tax returns and related work papers Maintain client relationships, anticipate engagement issues, and communicate progress and solutions effectively
Required Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in accounting and tax with increasing responsibility Proven ability to generate new business for a CPA firm Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting Current and valid CPA license and membership in good standing with the AICPA Completion of at least forty hours of continuing professional education annually
