Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and reconcile to the general ledger Reconcile bank accounts weekly and prepare monthly general ledger entries Assist in variance analysis and manage end-of-year 1099 forms compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred Proficiency in accounting software (SAGE) and Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
