Base pay range
$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr
LocationPhoenix, AZ (hybrid)
Pay Rate$60 - $75 per hour (depending on experience)
Project LengthApprox. 3 - 6 months

- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team and oversee day‑to‑day operations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial planning and decision‑making
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through ongoing analysis
- Ad hoc projects as requested from leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar financial leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Strong skillset in Excel and other ERP software
- Commitment to duration and needs of project
- Mid‑Senior level
