Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

Vaco is partnering with a Phoenix-based company to fill an Accountant role.

• Maintain Quick Books records, job folders, and financial documentation
• Prepare financial reports, including Balance Sheet, P&L, WIP, and project accounting for long-term projects.
• Manage accounts payable, invoices, and reimbursements.
• Handle multi-state tax filings, sales tax reporting, Form 1099s, and assist with audits.
• Administer benefits, 401(k), and assist with payroll.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or 5+ years of equivalent accounting experience required.
• Quick Books experience required
• Onsite Monday-Friday
• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
