Base pay range$40.00/hr - $55.00/hr
Vaco has partnered with a dynamic organization seeking an Interim Senior Accountant with deep expertise in revenue recognition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical accounting skills, and is comfortable working across departments to ensure compliance with ASC
606 standards.
Location:
Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $40 - $55 per hour, depending on experience
Project Length:
Contract-to-hire preferred
- Apply ASC
606 and company revenue recognition policies to customer contracts - Review customer contracts and invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with month-end close, financial analysis, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Provide monthly income statement and balance sheet analysis
- Support internal controls and SOX
404 compliance - Participate in special projects and ad hoc reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of ASC
606 and SOX
404 - Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Strong communication and organizational skills
