Vaco has partnered with a dynamic organization seeking an Interim Senior Accountant with deep expertise in revenue recognition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical accounting skills, and is comfortable working across departments to ensure compliance with ASC
606 standards.

Location:

Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $40 - $55 per hour, depending on experience

Project Length:
Contract-to-hire preferred

• Apply ASC
  606 and company revenue recognition policies to customer contracts
• Review customer contracts and invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with month-end close, financial analysis, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Provide monthly income statement and balance sheet analysis
• Support internal controls and SOX
  404 compliance
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc reporting

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of ASC
  606 and SOX
  404
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Strong communication and organizational skills
