• Process and review AZ Forms 285 and 290 for accuracy and completeness
• Serve as a point of contact for taxpayer inquiries related to forms completion
• Assist with the routing of emails and provide tier 1 customer care
• Engage in ongoing training to ensure compliance with tax laws and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the department

• Minimum of six (6) months of related experience
• Basic knowledge of federal and state tax laws, accounting principles, and auditing standards
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and familiarity with Google Suite applications
• Ability to clear a comprehensive background and clearance process

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a closely related field
