Overview
Vaco Phoenix is seeking an experienced AP Analyst to support a top client in Chandler. This hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity pays up to $30/hour and is perfect for someone looking to level up their accounting career in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt)
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
- Manage vendor set-up and maintain AP records
- Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Support month-end close and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve AP processes
- 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
- Strong experience working in SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
