• Own month-end close: journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with GAAP
• Manage general ledger activity and resolve discrepancies fast
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements

• 3+ years of senior-level accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Net Suite experience required
• Strong Excel skills, including creating formulas, Vlookups, and pivot tables
