Tax Accountant

Vaco is seeking an Accountant in Arcadia, Arizona!

• Organizational Exposure: Report directly to senior leadership and have hands on experience communicating with clients

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including recurring monthly entries and reconciliation of cash accounts and ledger balances.
• Complete a range of tax filings across individual and business entities, including corporations and partnerships.
• Prepare financial statements, payroll reports, and 1099s.
• Assist with tax audits, notices, and inquiries from taxing authorities.
• Analyze financial records to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance with applicable regulations.

• 4 years of public accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA or EA (preferred).
• Willingness to go 5 days on site (schedule is flexible).
• Salary $85-95k.
