Senior Accountant
Location:
Phoenix, AZ.
Base pay: $30.00/hr – $35.00/hr
ResponsibilitiesSupports the Arizona and New Mexico accounting and finance teams in a multi‑state environment, working cross‑functionally with warehouse, pricing, trade, and executive teams.
- Month‑end and year‑end close activities.
- Expense and budget vs. actual analysis.
- General ledger reconciliations.
- Journal entries.
- Financial statement preparation.
- Tax filings.
- Vendor and bank reconciliations.
- Payroll, commissions, and incentives.
- Support for forecasting and corporate reporting.
- Strong GAAP knowledge.
- Solid general ledger experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
