Nex Metro Communities is looking for a Property Accountant to support accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end close for 10–15 properties
. This role partners closely with Property Management and Asset Management to ensure GAAP compliance and provide insight into property performance.

• Month‑end/year‑end close support
• Journal entries + GL accuracy
• Audit support and reporting/analysis

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Excel (intermediate–advanced)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
