We’re looking for a detail‑driven, growth‑minded Staff Accountant to join our expanding Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their accounting experience while supporting a fast‑growing, mission‑driven healthcare company. You'll play a key role in strengthening our financial infrastructure — managing core accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting operational improvements as we scale nationwide.

• Prepare and post recurring and non‑recurring journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules, including additions, disposals, and depreciation
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and support the month‑end close process
• Process customer invoices and manage accounts receivable follow‑up
• Assist with  and credit card reconciliations
• Support payroll processing and related journal entries
• Assist with audit preparation and internal control compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands‑on accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar systems
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and analytical problem‑solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
