• Lead the preparation and review of complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff while managing workflow and accuracy.
• Provide strategic tax planning, client advisement, and audit support.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and stay current on changes in tax law.
• Act as a key client liaison for tax matters, audits, and regulatory communications.
