IDR is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to join one of our top clients in Phoenix, AZ. Collaborate with our client's team to manage manual and electronic healthcare payment postings. Interpret and apply knowledge of EOBs, EFTs, ERAs, COB, and 835 files to ensure accurate payment processing. Resolve complex denial issues and reconcile unapplied payments efficiently. Utilize EMR systems such as Interactant (HCS) and Well Sky for payment posting tasks. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare payment posting. Proficiency in using Excel and data reconciliation tools. Strong analytical skills to interpret remittance advice and validate payment applications. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with billers, collectors, and payers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
