If you have experience in the accounting world, M Culinary is searching for a passionate Junior Staff Accountant to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. About the role:

As the Junior Staff Accountant, you'll play a vital role within our team. Your days will encompass a diverse range of accounting responsibilities with a focus on accounts payable invoicing and facilitating payment processing.

• Input Accounts Payable Invoices.
• Facilitate payment process and reconcile month end statements.
• Collaborate with other seasoned Staff Accountants.
• Post month-end journal entries.
• You'll collaborate with various departments across the company, which will allow you to work on building strong relationships with them to promote collective growth.

What we need from you:

Besides your amazing attitude, we need a dynamic candidate with previous accounting experience and basic knowledge of GAAP. The ideal candidate will also have intermediate-level Excel skills and experience with Quick Books. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with accuracy and attention to detail, are crucial. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow, is agile, and can switch priorities at a moment's notice.

Flexibility in scheduling, problem-solving, team collaboration, communication, and maintaining an open-minded attitude are essential. The candidate should be eager to foster excellent relationships with colleagues across business departments and be able to work both independently and within a team. Most importantly, we want someone who knows how to have fun while excelling in their role!
