What You’ll Do- Manage subcontractor invoice processing from collection through posting.
- Reconcile subcontractor invoices, owner pay apps, business‑unit overhead invoices, and credit card statements monthly.
- Track and maintain lien notices and subcontractor compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Contract Administrators to confirm documentation and compliance before subcontractor mobilization.
- Assist with initial project budget setup and monthly cost forecasts.
- Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, ACH payments, and electronic workflow routing.
- Help manage project payments and compliance through Textura.
- Partner with Senior Project Accountants and IT to improve processes and systems.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing precision with partnership—someone who loves numbers but also loves people.
What You Bring- 2–3+ years of accounting experience, including construction accounting exposure
- Strong understanding of financial processes in a GC environment
- Experience with platforms like Textura or CMiC (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, team‑oriented mindset
