As one of the fastest-growing general contractors in the region, we’re looking for a Project Accountant who wants to make an impact, collaborate with passionate teams, and help us continue raising the bar in construction excellence.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love supporting project teams, and care deeply about accuracy, relationships, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Contract Administrators to confirm documentation and compliance before subcontractor mobilization.
  • Assist with initial project budget setup and monthly cost forecasts.
  • Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, ACH payments, and electronic workflow routing.
  • Help manage project payments and compliance through Textura.
  • Partner with Senior Project Accountants and IT to improve processes and systems.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing precision with partnership—someone who loves numbers but also loves people.

What You Bring
  • 2–3+ years of accounting experience, including construction accounting exposure
  • Strong understanding of financial processes in a GC environment
