Part Time Bookkeeper

Vaco is partnering with a top client based in Phoenix, AZ, to find a part-time Bookkeeper to join their team. This Bookkeeper will handle all accounting transactions as well as banking and taxes. This is a contract‑to‑hire position that is full onsite and 20 hours per week. This role is paying up to $36 per hour and interviewing immediately!

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions (income, expenses, invoices, receipts).
• Reconcile bank and credit accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow tracking, and basic payroll tasks.

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Quick Books experience
