Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Associate Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of a fast‑growing international engineering and technology firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross‑border environment, managing both U.S. and overseas accounting processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Pay: up to $100K DOE
Responsibilities- Oversee accounting operations for the U.S. and support coordination with the Taiwan-based accounting team.
- Manage general ledger entries, monthly close, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for executive review.
- Track project‑level budgets and actual costs; assist project managers with financial data.
- Prepare quarterly tax filings (TPT) and support U.S. and international tax compliance efforts.
- Assist with year‑end reporting and liaise with CPA firms for audit or tax filings.
- Develop and maintain financial procedures and internal controls.
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting and financial insights for decision‑making.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and enforce accounting best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus).
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on accounting experience, ideally in a multi‑entity or international company.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English—must be able to read and communicate professionally across both languages.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Experience with construction, project‑based, or engineering accounting preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas);
Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
