Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support our Tribal and Government services team. In this role, you will work closely with directors and partners to deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services. You’ll lead engagements, supervise both client and internal teams, and apply critical thinking to complex scenarios. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your technical and leadership skills while making a direct impact in Native American and nonprofit communities.

• Manage and develop strong client relationships
• Lead accounting engagements and ensure timely project completion
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and technical guidance
• Analyze financial data, apply GAAP/GASB standards, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate directly with firm leadership to support client objectives
• Travel to client sites (up to 25%)

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience with governmental, tribal, or nonprofit accounting preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP, FASB, and GASB
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
