Senior Tax Accountant Associate – Phoenix, AZ

Elite Sourcing is seeking a Senior Tax Associate in the Phoenix area. This firm offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, along with great hours, hybrid scheduling, and a positive work environment.

What we’re looking for:

5-10 years of experience preparing financial statement compilations, reviews, and audits.

Experience with trial balance work, preparation of compilations and reviews, and participation in audits. Ability to supervise and mentor staff.

Preparation and review of sophisticated S-Corp, partnership, individual, and trust tax returns, including multi-entity returns; providing tax strategy, research, and planning.

CPA with a degree in accounting or tax.

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (CCH Tax and PFX Engagement).

Driven to expand and lead an accounting department and to cultivate professional team and client relationships.
