Open House!
We're having an open house for Shipping/Receiving Coordinators 1st and 2nd Shifts! Stop by our office for more information at 1208 US Highway 22, Phillipsburg NJ.
Shifts and Salary1shift 7am to 3:30pm
2nd shift 3pm to 11:30pm
Monday through Friday
Pay rate$20 - $21.50
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Utilize warehouse management systems to enter orders submitted by transportation staff
- Partners with Operations and Carrier Base to ensure adequate customer service to meet expectations
- Manage and review pending orders
- Provide order status to customers as needed
- Prepare appropriate labels for product to be picked
- Completes all related documentation for orders
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Applicant must possess ability to work independently
- Candidate should have strong computer, clerical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work fast under pressure
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Load and wrap orders for shipping
