1st Shift Cherry Picker Operator Needed in Phillipsburg, NJ!

Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Phillipsburg, NJ in their search for a Cherry Picker Forklift Operator.

• Pay Rate: $19.50

Responsibilities:

• Operate a cherry picker to pull small parcel orders accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner.
• Keep track of any missing items and report them to the Inventory team
• Maintain a productivity rate of 40 orders picked per hour.
• Cross-train on the use of high reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Record stock movements accurately and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with audits.
• Communicate effectively and cooperate with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a cherry picker.
• Experience using an RFID scan gun (required).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding warehouse tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong basic math skills.
