• Safety Compliance

  Ensure that the facility complies with all safety regulations and standards, including fire safety, building codes, and health regulations.
• Equipment Management
  :
  Manage the maintenance and repair of medical equipment, appliances, and other devices used in the facility.
• Budgeting and Resource Management
  :
  Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Supervision
  :
  Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure that tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Emergency Preparedness
  :
  Develop and implement plans for emergency preparedness and response, including procedures for natural disasters, power outages, and other emergencies.
• Vendor Management
  :
